How do I connect my monitors to my laptop?
You have 3 different connection methods:
1) Modern Laptops:
Connect each monitor with the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. Insert these cables into a fully featured USB-C port on your laptop.
2) Slightly older Laptops
Connect one monitor using the USB-C to USB-C cable to a full featured USB-C port on your laptop.
Connect the other monitor using 2 cables. One is our USB-C to HDMI cable, the other is a USB-C to USB-A cable.
Your laptop will have a total of 3 cables coming in.
3) Laptops with extremely limited ports
You will have to use external power to power the screens using a USB-C cable. With another USB-C or HDMI cable you can then connect the screens to your laptop. Without the above mentioned ports there will not be enough power to power the screens.
My monitors just mirror the content that is displayed on my main monitor?
This means your display settings are incorrect and it is set to 'Mirror' your main display. The monitors need to be on 'Extend' so that they can have their own content and you have 3 separate screens.
Check the user manual to learn how to change this depending on your operating system.
What is your warranty on this product?
We offer a satisfaction based warranty on our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund you the full amount and cover the return cost!
If the device breaks within the first 6 months of using it, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Is it compatible with every MacBook?
No the product is not compatible with every single Macbook that is commonly used. The M1-M2-M3 Pro chip models are all compatible. The lighter versions might need a USB hub to get access to all the required ports.
